He is survived by: his children, Rex Parks, Jr. (Shelly) of Salina and Shyan White (Lance) of Greeley Colorado; his grandchildren, Danielle Ehlinger (Matt), Benjamin Parks (Tam), Noah Parks (Sabrina), Lindsee Ratzlaff (Colby) and Genevieve White; and his brothers, Gail Parks (Deana) and Mikel Parks. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
