He is survived by: his sisters, Ginger Olsen (Robert Olsen) and Angel Miner (Kevin Miner); his daughter Maci Bourne; his wife Roxana Zombrano Emporia; his daughters, Nikki Bourne, Madyson Bourne of Osage City, KS. and Maggie Johnson; and his nieces and nephews, Robert, Kylee Olsen, Eric Olsen, Amber and Justin Page. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
