She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Berry (Marshall) of Gardner, KS, Douglas Hoffman (Cathy) of Smithville, MO and Eric Hoffman (Paula) of Merriam, KS; and her sister Nina Kreutzer of Basehor, KS.. She is also survived by six grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
