He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy and Roberta Inez Rhoads (Lambeth); and his brother Roscoe. He is survived by: his siblings, Virginia Smith (Joe), Donald Rhoads (Nena) and Thomas Rhoads. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
