He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvie Mings and Eldean Shearer Mings; his grandparents, William, Nettie Mings, Harold and Alpha Shearer; his brother-in-law Gayle Mills; and his grandson Alex Hickman.
He is survived by: his son Randy Pike Chrisp; his nephews, Josh and Austin Riley; his children, Beverly Jo Mings of Buffalo Oklahoma, Randi Jo, Joe Booth of Wilmore Kansas and Jessica Chrisp of Bentonville Arkansas; and his siblings, Rhonda, John McGuire of Derby Kansas, Benny Mings of Lakin Kansas, Brenda Mills of Englewood Kansas and Ranae Riley of Cimmaron Kansas. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
