He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ray and Opal Smith; and his wife Sharon Jantz. He is survived by: his daughters, Serena Nabeta (Luke) of Colorado Springs, CO, Jena Moore (Russell) of Edmond, OK and Krissa Finch (Ryan) of Lexington, KY; and his siblings, Raymond Smith of Fairview, OK, Vern Smith of Enid, OK and Janessa Smith of Albuquerque, NM.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
