With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald L. Clapsaddle of Erie, Kansas, who passed away on June 14, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Donald L. departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Donald L.. Though Donald L. may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Clapsaddle and Anna C. Clapsaddle (McKinney); and his stepfather Wayne Letcher. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Gray (Lucas) of Humboldt, Jeremy King (Kelsey) of St. Paul and Jenna King (Jake) of Erie; and his siblings, Richard "Dick" Clapsaddle of Leavenworth, KS, Diana Adams of Joplin, MO and Debbie Jo Landgren of Parsons. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
A reception will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tony's Function Junction (10300 US-59, Erie, KS 66733).
