He was predeceased by: his father John F. McKinney. He is survived by: his mother Dorthea McKinney (Watson); his wife Linda McKinney; his daughters, Shawn Simon and Marsha Grasser; and his siblings, Diana McMillin and Kevin McKinney. He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren.
