He was predeceased by : his brother Roy Lewis Winger; and his stepfather Wally Winger. He is survived by : his parents, Billy Dee Warrington and Delores Jean Hubach (Dunn); his children, Sheena Rae Boden (Aaron Michael Boden), Shonna Mae Warrington (Mike Thomas Williams), Danielle Joy Warrington and Dylan Duane Warrington; his grandchildren, Channing Jon Calhoon, Cami Kay Calhoon, Vienna Rae Boden and Vaeda Sue Boden; his stepfather Robert Hubach; and his sisters, Rhonda Jeanene Tingle, Millie Delores Wheeler and Lucinda "Cindy" Lynn Winger.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 15th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home (601 Indiana St, Lawrence, KS 66044). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 16th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
