He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Baise and Ora Baise (Money); his wife Violet "Lucille" Baise; his children, Carla Baise and Donald Baise; and his great grandchild Emberlee Culley.
He is survived by: his children, Russell Baise (Mary Beth) and Mary Lynn Baise; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Michaela, Kaycee, Kristen of Matthew, J. T., CeCe and Daphne; and his great grandchildren, Olivia and Piper.
