He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Mullen and Patricia Rockwell; his niece Jennifer Baker; and his nephew Matthew Parker. He is survived by: his wife Della; his children, Cheryl Moore (Danny), Christopher Mullen (Chrissy), Chelsea Mullen and Chad Mullen (Tashia); his siblings, Mike Mullen (Shelly), Tim Mullen, Jeff Mullen (Pam), Mark Mullen and Tammy Herdman; his grandchildren, Taylor Williams (Corey) and Troy Kraft (Lauren); and his great grandchildren, Brady, Owen and Abby Williams. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Chris's name to Independence Inc. in Lawrence, Kansas, an organization that helped him greatly with disability services.
