We are sad to announce that on June 21, 2025, at the age of 61, Claude L Saunders of Eudora, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Claude may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leroy and Rosetta B. Saunders (Finn); and his siblings, Barbara, Mayme, Mary, William, Dwayne and James.
He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Brown, Sharon Borton and Dorothy Grizzle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family suggests memorials to the American Heart Association and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary 120 W. 13th St. Lawrence, KS 66044.
