Though Evelyn may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Evelyn touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lionel Ned and Emma Loretta Walford (Evenson); her husband Oscar Earl Hudson; her sons, Derald Hudson and Larry Hudson; her brother Oscar Walford; and her grandson Ed Hudson. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Eureka Nursing Center.
