She was predeceased by: her parents, Enos Dever and Ollie Dell Van Royen (Smith); and her siblings, Alma Faye Boardman, Esther Eileen Meyer and John William Van Royen.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Chastain (Debbie) of El Dorado, Leona Kay Deane (John) of Bozeman, Montana and Gene Chastain of Eureka; and her sisters, Lily Cheever of Yates Center, Karen Meyer of Haysville and Linda Simons of Fall River. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Eureka Nursing Center.
