It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janet Marie Valentine of Eureka, Kansas, born in Axtell, Kansas, who passed away on September 1, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Willis Walters and Elizabeth Walters (Rethman). She is survived by : her husband Mark Valentine; her children, Lucas (Amber Valentine) of Eureka, Sunny (Derek Griswold) of Emporia, Jana (James Barnaby) of El Dorado and Zoee Valentine (Brandon Winfrey) of El Dorado; her grandchildren, Tristan, Gabe, Kyler, Laken, Olivia and Brynsley; and her children, Reese, Trinden, Miles, Oaklee, Blair and Larkyn. She is also survived by eight siblings.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Eureka Booster Club.
