It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Earl Welsh of Eureka, Kansas, who passed away on July 18, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Lyle Birney and Violet Marion Welsh (Runnells); and his siblings, Mary Lamb and Lyle Welsh. He is survived by : his wife Lynne Mari Fitzgerald; his daughters, Summer Welsh of Topeka, Rebecca Welsh (Colt Massey) of Mullen, Nebraska and Laura (Clark Neill) of Virgil; his stepdaughter Maggie (Todd Perry) of Hutchinson; his grandchildren, Emily, Caleb, Shelby, Erika, Toni Jo, Aiden, Maela, Felix, Zenith, Matthew and Sasha; and his siblings, Dwayne (Dana Williams) of Fall River and Marilee (Kevin McCoy) of Eureka.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the Kansas Humane Society.
