He is survived by: his significant other Shay Kane; his children, Vanessa Caylor of Newberry, Florida, Colton Caylor of El Dorado, Kansas and Nicholas Caylor of El Dorado, Kansas; and his siblings, Randy Frisbee of Colorado, Renee Frisbee of Colorado, Robert Frisbee of Colorado and Raymond Frisbee of Colorado.
