She is survived by : her husband Judd; her children, Chad (Sarah Underhill) of Wichita and Jodi (Jason Wenzel) of Wichita; her grandchildren, Lucas Underhill, Avery Underhill, Taylor Wenzel (David Holman), Logan (Jacob Pote) and Parker Wenzel (Emma Scholl); her great grandchildren, Henley, Ford and Tucker; her sister Vicki (Franklin Packard) of Andover; and her niece Bailee Howard.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Matt Samuels Memorial Golf Tournament.
