He is survived by: his sons, Jay French of Portland, Oregon and Justin French (Kristin) of Spring Branch; his grandchild Sloan French; his former wife Denise French of San Antonio, Texas; his brother Dan French of Eureka; his aunts, Lois French of Eureka, Kay Christensen of Grand Junction, Colorado and Vicki French of Eureka; and his nieces and nephews, Kimberly, Brian and Andrea.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Greenwood County Hospital Foundation (for pulmonary rehab).
