He was predeceased by : his parents, Everett Pern Blevins and Mildred Blevins (Cook); and his wife Sandra LaVonne Brown. He is survived by : his daughter Kimberly Diane Blevins (Glenn Maltbie) of Hamilton; his granddaughters, Allison Marie (Donald Derryberry) of Hamilton and Kelsey Leigh Bratton (Cord Tucker) of Lenexa; his great grandchildren, Weston Ray Derryberry, Dean Everett Derryberry and Addison June LaVonne Derryberry; and his stepsiblings, Janie Sue Hayes of Rochester, Minnesota and Jerry W. Maloney of Chillicothe, Missouri..
