She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Chichester and Elizabeth Chichester (Grigg); her son Terry Samuels; and her siblings, Alberta Van Zant and Richard Chichester.
She is survived by: her sons, Dale Samuels of Eureka, Tracy Samuels of Topeka and Jerry (Debi Samuels) of Eureka; and her sisters, Nancy Only A Chief of Pawnee, Oklahoma and Sue Snyder of Wichita. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Eureka Lions Club to support their scholarship program.
