Virgil Stuber Obituary
We bid farewell to Virgil Stuber of Eureka, Kansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 17, 2025 at the age of 91. Virgil touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Loyd, Sr. and Alice Irene Stuber (Moore); his wife Nancy Jane Meredith; his son Rod Stuber; and his siblings, Billy Dean Stuber, Edward Aaron Stuber, Fred Donald Stuber, Jerry "Jack" Stuber, Robert Dwight Stuber, Terry Lee Stuber and Roger Ray Stuber.
He is survived by: his children, Todd Stuber of Beaumont and Roxane Stuber-Wagner of Denver, Colorado; his grandsons, Chad and Brett; and his sisters, Barbara Butler of Eureka, Sherry Williams of Eureka, Julie Clopton of Eureka and Peggy Hawthorne of Eureka.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery (1501 E 7th St, Eureka, KS 67045).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2712.
