He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl, Sr. Moulden and Alma Moulden (Jones); his wife Juanita Ann Callaway; his son Gary Joe Moulden; his brothers, Cecil "Cork" Moulden, Carl "Dale" Moulden, Jr. and Bruce Moulden; and his great grandchild Colton St. John.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gayla Self (Tim) of Muscotah, KS and Glenda Latzke of Pleasant Hill, MO; his grandchildren, Ginny Moulden of Leavenworth, KS, Gary Lee Moulden (Lora) of Windsor, MO, Graham Moulden (Dina) of Topeka, KS, Garth Moulden (Valerie) of Muscotah, KS, Grant Moulden (Rebecca) of Holton, KS, Brant Self (Libby) of Parker, KS, Travis Self (Hannah) of Soldier, KS and Asa Vandeloo (Amy) of Baldwin City, KS; and his siblings, Mark Moulden (Vickie) of Topeka, KS and Joy Griffin of Rushville, MO. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
