He is survived by: his children, Cindy Lawson of Wakarusa, Kansas, Lori Tinklin (Troy) of Sabetha, Kansas, Jim Hennigan (Sheila) of Highland, Kansas and Travis Hennigan of Sabetha, Kansas; his sister Gale Wells (Don) of Lindsborg, Kansas; his grandchildren, Eli Lawson, Britney Tinklin, Isaac Tinklin, Colby Tinklin (Carli), Megan Sommers (Matt), McKinley Hennigan, Jace Hennigan, Mya Hennigan, Morgan Hennigan, Anna Hennigan and William Hennigan; and his great grandchildren, Evelynn Tinklin, Vanna Tinklin, Grant Sommers and Nora Sommers.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Fairview Community Building (511 W Front St, Fairview, KS 66425).
