She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Wittwer and Marion Wittwer (Flott); her son-in-law Paul Grote; her sister Jean; her brother-in-law Richard VonBergen; and her brothers, Gary Wittwer and Randy Wittwer.
She is survived by: her husband Harvey Hartter; her daughters, Christine Isch (JR) of Sabetha and Elizabeth Brey (Roger) of Fairview; her grandchildren, Briana Hall (Logan), Dylan Grote, Nicole Hamilton (Kurt) and Nolan Brey; her great grandchildren, Garrett Hall, Grayson Hall, Lyla Hamilton and Hudson Hamilton; her sister Janelle Jackson of Yuma, Arizona; and her sister-in-law Pam Wittwer of Falls City, Nebraska..
