He is survived by: his mother Jewell Perkins (Collins); his children, Cara Webb of Dodge City, RaShae Brown (Micheal) of Wolfforth and Robert Lee Perkins (Kaley) of Wright City, Missouri.; the mother of his children Sue Webb (Rygol); his daughter Katrina Sammons (Mandi Barnes); his grandchildren, Jaylen, Kaden, Karley, Rylan, Rossie, Ryley, Rozlyn, Rynsly, Rebel, Zaden, Izaiah, Katie, Maggie, Maddox, Shilo and MaKyla; his brothers, Roger Perkins (Jolana) of Bennington, Janae, Ryan, Rick Perkins (Mary) of Ellsworth, John, Roni and Randa; and his great grandchildren, Rosalie, Jada, Jayceon, Malaya, Kamiya and Brynlynn.
