She was predeceased by: her parents, William Pitts and Ruth Pitts; her husband John Buell; her son Rick Petrechko; her granddaughters, Missy and Tina; and her stepson Steve Buell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Hochstedler (Mike) of Lee's Summit and Karen Mix (Mike) of Ft. Scott; her pet Buttons; and her friend Patty Buell. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cheney Witt Chapel (201 S Main St, Fort Scott, KS 66701). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
