He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Willard and Mary Helen Willard; his stepmother Imogene Fewell; his children, Darvin Willard Jr. and Tarrell Vann; his daughters-in-law, Amy and Erin; his grandchildren, Jade, Silas, Hannah, Malachi, Lennox and Levik; his brother Craig Young; his stepbrothers, Charles "Sonny" Fewell and Mike "Frog" Fewell; his aunt Maryetta Willard; his siblings, Peggy and Vincent; his grandparents, Mildred and Clyde; his stepsister Carol; his aunts and uncles, Bobby, Melvin, Edith and Momma Minnie; his nephew Andre; his cousins, Woodrow, Regina, Wayne and Vicki; Shelba Williams, Gloria Mitchell, Frank and Charles.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cheney Witt Chapel (201 S Main St, Fort Scott, KS 66701). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
