With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald L. Elkins of Fort Scott, Kansas, born in Rock Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on March 19, 2023 at the age of 50. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donald L. Elkins to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by : his parents, Donald Wayne Elkins and Sherry Lynne Hunt Elkins; his children, Samantha Elkins of Nevada, Brandon Elkins of Portland, Britney Elkins of Ft. Scott, Jessica Perkins of Emerald Isle and Justin Perkins of Bakersfield, California.; and his sisters, Melissa Gurule of Ft. Scott and Teresa Salazar of Ft. Scott. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
