We announce the death of Eileen Marie McDaniel of Fort Scott, Kansas, who passed away on September 21, 2026, at the age of 84. Eileen will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Sinn and Elsie Eberle Sinn; and her son Brent Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Norman McDaniel; her children, Jeff Johnson, Brian Johnson, Tonya Wirths, Christine Faurbo and Julie Sealey; her grandchildren, Keifer Johnson, Avery Johnson, Corrina Johnson, Quinton McDaniel, Gabriele Faurbo and Austin Grey; and her great grandchild Kholton Johnson. She is also survived by numerous other grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the U. S. National Cemetery (900 E National Ave, Fort Scott, KS 66701).
