She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Albert Thompson and Elnora Josephine Thompson (Lewis); and her husband Robert Elbrader. She is survived by: her children, Ricky Thompson (Archie) of Colorado Spring, CO, Marty Thompson (Dena) of Ft. Scott, KS, Ambrosia Shapiro (James Greene) of Richmond, CA, Tara Peters (Jason) of Puyallup, WA and Jessica Shapiro (Matt Bower) of Iola, KS.; her niece Natasha Thompson of Fort Scott, KS; and also Claire Bower.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the U. S. National Cemetery (900 E National Ave, Fort Scott, KS 66701).
