He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Ballou and Delores Ballou (Monroe); and his granddaughter Amanda Kay Cowan. He is survived by: his spouse Johnna Kay Davis of Lowe's Skating Rink; his brothers, Charley Ballou (Diana) and Paul Ballou (Cheryl); and his children, Susan Davis (Rick), Pam Cowan (Billy) and Larry Ballou Jr. (Brenda). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cheney Witt Chapel (201 S Main St, Fort Scott, KS 66701). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
