She is survived by: her father Gary Richard; her sisters, Terri Phillis (Mike) and Lorinda Needham (John); her sister-in-law Cyndi Goebel; and her nieces and nephews, Michael, Becky, Chris, Matthew, Ashley Goebel, Adrienne, Logan, Courtney Phillis, Morgan Brown (Antoinne), Truman Needham (Kylee) and Isabella Needham.
In honoring Monica's memory, the family suggests contributions to Tunnels to Towers Foundation which helps provide homes for veterans and first responders.
