She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Eugene and Rosetta Mae Lowry (Proctor); her brothers, Donald "Donnie" Eugene Lowry and Jeffrey "Jeff" Roe Lowry; and her sister-in-law Debra Sue Lowry (Long).
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Rose Lowry (Troy) of Fort Scott, Kansas and James Robert Lucas; and her brother Bobby Proctor of Wichita, Kansas..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cheney Witt Chapel (201 S Main St, Fort Scott, KS 66701). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
