He was predeceased by: his parents, William Allen York and Dorothy S. Aebly York; and his siblings, Michael York, Jerry Winer, Jr. and Teresa Raw.
He is survived by: his daughters, Danielle Glover (Kaylee) of Excelsior Springs, Missouri and Samantha York of Excelsior Springs, Missouri; and his siblings, Dorothy York of Ft. Scott, William York of Ft. Scott and Mateo Cardenas of Rhode Island. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
