He was predeceased by: his parents, George L. Harris and Lela Harris (Marrs); his wife Darlene Joan Middleswart; his son George Daniel Harris (Danny); his granddaughter Leslie Wurdeman Riner; and his sister LaVetta McManamon.
He is survived by: his children, Dana Wurdeman (Tom) of Overbrook, DeAnn Eddy (Randy) of Cedar Vale, Kansas and David Harris (Lori) of Newton, Kansas; his daughter-in-law Brenda Harris of Fowler; and his grandchildren, Gabe, Greg, Garrett, Grant, Briana, Kristin, Jared, Hali and Chelsea. He is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
The family would welcome memorials to the Fowler Fire Department or the charity of the donor's choice in care of the funeral home.
