She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Latzke and Luella Latzke (Hummel); and her husband Merle Krause. She is survived by: her children, Dianne Kressin (Richard) of Brenham and David Krause (Tiffani) of Plains; and her brother Larry Latzke. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
