He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene MacArthur-Mayo and Bertha MacArthur-Mayo; and his siblings, Roberta, Yvonne, Billie, Wayne and LaMoyne.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Marie Finkeldei; his sister Elaine; his daughters, Lory Finke (Brian), Sara Hayes (David), Erica Foster (Jeremy) and Elissa Smith (Chad); his grandchildren, Nick Canton (Kathryn), Madison Jones (Kamrin), Ryleigh Foster, Makenna Smith, Dylan Foster, Trey Smith, Layla Smith, Jon Hayes and Cody Hayes (Maggie); and his great grandchildren, Jayden Canton, Easton Canton, Adelyn Canton, Ellie Hayes, Cash Hayes and Emma Hayes.
The family would welcome memorials to the Fowler Recreation or the Fowler Residential care center in care of the funeral home.
