He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman E. "Woody" Evans and Iona "Maxine" Evans (Tallent); and his siblings, Herman E. "Butchy" Evans, Dan Evans, Keitha Christianson and Linda "Sue" Bell.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Evans; his children, Jeri Kruse, David Evans (Jada) of Frankfort, Montana of Frankfort, Michael Evans of Frankfort and Aaron Evans of Frankfort; and his siblings, Steven Evans and Michaelyn Hickson. He is also survived by six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
