He was predeceased by: his brother Terry L. Swanson; and his parents, Harvey L. Swanson and Inez E. Swanson. He is survived by: his children, Joshua Allen Swanson of Denver, CO and Megan Marie Swanson of Denver, CO; and his sisters, Lyla Smith of Topeka, KS, Colleen Combs of Frankfort and Kathy Ketter of Home, KS..
