It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Clara Joyce Vandeventer of Franklin, Kansas, who passed away on October 2, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Baldwin and Colleen Baldwin (Pinney); her grandparents, John and Clara Baldwin (Finch); her stepmother Maxine Baldwin; her half-brother Robert Baldwin; and her grandparents, Fred and Muriel Pinney.
She is survived by: her brother Jim Baldwin (Janet); her half-sister Janet Stowe; and her sisters-in-law, Vickie Baldwin and Joyce Ginter (Bill). She is also survived by ses her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (925 W 7th St, Ottawa, KS 66067). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
