He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Wescott (Carlson); his children, Rodney Wescott (Lynette) of Arcadia and Kristi Thornton (Adam) of Thayer, Kansas.; his grandchildren, Leah Wescott of Wichita, Kyle Wescott of Arcadia, Jacob Thornton of Thayer and Maci Thornton of Thayer, Kansas.; his mother Norma Wescott (Cook) of Chanute; and his sisters, Peggy Ward of Chanute, Becky Nelson (Monty) of Arkansas and Tammy Sloan (Harlan) of Buffalo, Kansas..
