She was predeceased by : her parents, Lewis Cline and Florence Cline (Crawford); her husband Bill Boicourt; and her brother Wayne. She is survived by : her children, Sandy Smith (Randy), Michel Moser (Brad), Greg Boicourt (Nancy) and Patty Morrison (Jeff).

Bill was the foundation, but Elva Mae was the glue that held her family together.
