He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Oneal and Edna Oneal; his aunt Emma Klassen; his brother Jerry Oneal; and his nephew Ryan Oneal.

He is survived by : his brother Jack Oneal (Elaine) of Seattle; his sister-in-law Susie Oneal; his nieces and nephews, Terry Oneal, Chad Oneal (Tosha), Sheri Moya (Edward) and Kelly Oneal; his niece-in-law Lori Oneal; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lindsey Ramos-Freitas, Zachary Moya, Brenna Moya, Connor Oneal, Brayden Oneal and Ashton Oneal.

Jim was always good for a nice donation towards the cause.
