With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Robert Findley of Fredonia, Kansas, born in Coyville, Kansas, who passed away on September 1, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Lloyd Findley and Mary Florence Findley (Jackson); his brothers, Billy and Jerry Findley; his grandson Lloyd Findley; his great grandchild Hunter Stellmaker; his great-niece Melissa Fuller; and his brothers-in-law, Donnie Becker and Raymond Clinesmith.
He is survived by : his wife Willa; his children, Patricia Abercrombie of Andover, KS, James F. Findley of Peabody, KS, Willard Findley of Fredonia, KS, Gina Odell of Fredonia, KS, Edward Kent Findley of Lenexa, KS and Christina Valentin of Fredonia, KS.; and his sisters, Mary Clinesmith of Chanute, KS, Shirley Becker of Emporia, KS and Jeannie Engstrom of Rogers, AR.. He is also survived by his 21 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
