He is survived by : his significant other Lilly Green; his children, Michael Brian, Heather Leigh Jessie Hayes and Sara Frances Hayes; his siblings, Ricky Allen Hayes, Rodney Wayne, Tony Hayes, Hunter Hayes and Tammy Lynn Hayes; and his aunts, Irene Shattuck and Freda Prosser. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren.
