He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Marshall and Betty Marie Marshall (Jarvis); his wife Patty Marshall (Goins); and his sisters-in-law, Kay Marshall and Debbie Marshall.

He is survived by: his children, Justin Marshall (Tiffany) of Edmond, Scott Marshall (Carissa) of Emporia, Crystal Widemon (Jason) of Gilmer, Cami Corwin (Thomas) of Thayer, Jordan Stewart (Britni) of Fredonia and Lindsay Forrester (Jason) of Fredonia, Kansas.. He is also survived by papa, leaving behind 23 grandchildren and one great-grandson.
