She is survived by: her husband Vic Hook (Vic); her daughter Kristi DiVietro (Joe) of Fredonia, Kansas.; her granddaughters, Kennedy of Fredonia, Kansas. and Jaclyn DiVietro of Fredonia, Kansas.; her sister Carolyn Banks (Galen) of Pratt; and her siblings-in-law, Joyce Hook and Jim Towner Sr.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
