She is survived by : her husband William Dale Collins (Bill); her children, Judy Ann Johnson (Dave), Robert Dale Collins, Timothy Collins (Dina), Carol Ann Mayfield and Betty Jo Gardner (Charles); her grandchildren, Michael Dale Collins, George Michael Golay, Steven Norman Collins, Brenton Scott Collins, Lauren Nichole Lane, Nicholas Todd Collins, Mariah Marie Collins, Emily Ann Mayfield and Thomas Jacob Cantrell; her great grandchildren, Garrin, Tessa Golay, George Michael, Crystal Golay, Lily, Ayla, Eily Collins, Steven, Rachel Collins, Alexis, Olivia Lane, Lauren, Brock Lane and Henry Collins; her great-grandparent Taylor Collins; and also Brent.
