She was predeceased by: her parents, David Evans and Loubelle Evans (Groat); her husband Gene Speaks; her son Roger; and her siblings, Ivan, John Evans, Edith Hatcher, Ruth Watts and Jeanne Boss.

She is survived by: her son David F. Speaks.
